A week ago, North Hills pulled off the biggest upset of the year when it knocked Plum from the ranks of the undefeated.

On Monday, the Indians had an opportunity to put themselves into contention for the West Division lead, but Shaler had its own matriculation up the East Division ranks in mind.

Following a six-goal outburst against Plum, North Hills (5-6-0) dropped back under .500 with a 3-0 loss to the Titans. The loss continues a 1-5-0 skid that began with a 4-3 loss to first-place Moon on Nov. 7. The Indians opened the season 4-1-0 and had signature wins against both Quaker Valley and Mt. Lebanon.

North Hills will try to turn things around Monday when it gets a rematch with the Blue Devils at Robert Morris University Island Sports Complex at 7:15 p.m.
